World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades give players the possibility of upgrading equipment that they already own. This can be done at any upgrader NPC.
Upgrades can boost the stats of an item, and can also add extras based on its type. Examples include Whistan's shield for FB sorcs or Goldwrap for build casters.

Weapons

There are two NPCs who can upgrade your weapons: Blacksmith Hewg in the Roundtable Hold hub area and the Smithing Master Iji in the Road to the Manor hub area. Most utility items provide an effect that a player can activate by using them however, some come with additional capabilities that activate when the user presses the button or activates the ability.
Generally speaking, the most popular kind of utilitarian item is the Flashlight that is used to illuminate the surrounding area. Other items of utility include the Helicopter Hat and Rocket Boots, which allow players to fly in the air while moving and the Jetpack which allows players to accelerate in any direction while on the ground.
